😠 Worst impossible. Internet purchases with a cash card and then to exchange in store you need the physical card, which we do not have. So you have to eat the product because they don't exchange it. The clerks have zero empathy and knowledge of the procedure to return zero.

😠 The clerks are a disgrace. Edges, giving bad answers, bad faces... Of shame. The times that I have gone and asked something, they treated me terribly and the same people close to me, I won't come back again, it would be good if they hired people who want to work and have good customer service.

😠 Literally the worst customer seville experience in a charity shop. Racist and passive aggressive female staff. Store was clean and selection okay. But the staff are literally ushers from hell. I will be posting this review on every available platform. First and last visit here. Pleas hire new help....
