😠 Es horrible. Cada vez que tengo que ponerme en contacto le temo. Es estar un rato al teléfono e intentarlo varias veces y tener la suerte de que no te cuelguen sin siquiera decir nada... En cuarentena, me llegué a tirar más de 45 minutos a la espera... Pero ahora es pésimo el trato. Pedí una prueba...

😠 Comment update: I did not call but went to the clinic in person to report the problem. They told me that they had indeed touched a nerve and did not know if that sensitivity would regain.
