😠 They intend to give it a bucolic atmosphere by settling in an old farmhouse/mill but it is poorly connected and lacks parking (a portion of an unplowed garden with compacted earth is NOT a parking lot). Also, some small tables with chairs on the patio, what are they doing there if it's not a bar?

😐 Very cool place, but very expensive. If you want to show off and make contacts, it's your place. You will make contacts and soon you will look for something cheaper, with people you know there. At those prices you cannot start.
