👍 Family day. We listened at the entrance for 2 hours and in the end we spent the whole day. The staff, all of them, are very attentive and you can see that they help each other to make your experience the best possible. You repeat the activities as many times as you want. 😠 The facilities are good, but the monitors, organization and service are quite poor. Birthday groups are not well attended or coordinated, small children alone and parents attending to the group (including injuries). The only birthday menu was poor and without dishes. A disaster!!
