😠 Low quality food and overpriced. I can understand the overpriced products but they can easily increase the quality by 50%. The toilets are dirty and the smell is disgusting. A new management team should take care of this place!!! Let's see how they will react after my comment!

😠 STAY AWAY! We ate at the Cafe downstairs, this has to be the WORST food I have ever been served in my life. Ordered a chicken burger and patatas bravas, the "chicken" (if you can even call it that) was this undercooked PINK processed mess, the bravas had this horrendous fake tomato sauce over them....

👍 After a long drive we pulled into the services for a drink and some food, we were very taken with the hotel and restaurant we decided to stay the night. The room was big with two large single beds that could sleep two at a pinch. We will make this a regular stopping place. The staff are fantastic.
