We hiked for about an hour past the ´glass caves´, along the Toledo ravine (Barranco de Toledo) and the 1000 yearold Persea trees (viñátigos). 👍👍 Very beautiful scenery. It's a great view of the astronomical observatorium with beautiful flowers around. I definitely suggest for a nice break on you way around El Teide. Don't forget to get enough water with you and light jacket to protect yourself feom the sun.

👍 Great walk along the cliffs with terrific views. Parts are very stoney and uneven especially on those parts were there are steps that take you down and up through a small gorge. It's a round trip of 14k so allow at least 2hrs

👍👍 A good trail with beautiful views. Not too many people, we saw just a couple. It took us about 5 hours to complete the circular route. Not so much climbing and the route was marked very well. On a sunny day the woods provide a good amount of shade. We stopped a lot and enjoyed the views.
