👍👍 Very impressive experience with warm assistance and cozy environment. The office is just on the main shopping street so as to simplify tax refund process. And I personally had a very wonderful talk with the Chinese spoken staff Ms. Meng to get so much useful information as well.

😠 I DENOUNCE THE LADY WHO ATTENDED ME. MY TAX REFUND WAS STOLEN AND CHARGED MY CARD. HE DID THE PROCESS FOR ME LIKE I COLLECTED THE CASH BUT IT MADE ME THINK THAT THEY WOULD RETURN MY CARD. BURGLARS!
