😠 Disaster! On their sale shelf I found the oil I was looking for. Once at the checkout, the woman says it's the regular price, I choose to buy it anyway. A few minutes later, I regret it and go back for a return. Then she REFUSES both return and exchange?! I never got a reason as she had a client....

😠 It was a nightmare. The guy who did my feet cut and pulled my toenails and cuticles with pliers and scissors so two of my toes started bleeding profusely. I said ouch several times but it didn't seem to bother him. afterwards I saw that he both cut way too much (see picture!!) and painted sloppily....

😠 Unprofessional and ignorant! Treatments without any results whatsoever and if you as a customer complain, the only answer you get is that you have to buy more!! They have no respect whatsoever for the customer's privacy either. The staff sit in the kitchen and talk loudly and openly about customers...

😠 Really lousy, 👎did a bad job for my mom (my mom got black spots on her face ) and refuses to redo it or give a refund. Ignores calls and texts then blocks my mother's number. As well as her calling at 12:00 on the nets and threatened my mother to have to delete the review. do not recommend ❌
