Best places: Swimming facilities in Stockholm, Sweden

👍👍 Great place for short hike on a nice 4,5 km route with great view. Quite technical trail but no problem for our 5 year old girl. Also good parking. Really nice places to make core o bring grill for barbeque. Nice swimming possibilities. All together a great place for a family day.

Also during the pandemic it feels like you can social distance more since there are so much space to scatter around. Also not too far from the Ängbyplan metro, which is a plus! Lo...

👍👍 Fin och välskött sandstrand. Populärt men gott om plats eftersom stranden är så lång. Det finns relativt gott om parkeringsmöjligheter och ett besök på restaurang eller caféet är väl värt den extra tiden det tar.

😐 If it's busy it's not good. Nice for nature, but bathing places are few and get crowded quickly.

👍👍 Wonderful and calm camp ground directly on the shore of Vättern. Clean service houses and friendly personnel, well equipped shop on the area. Child-friendly beach with very shallow (and thus warm) water. Absolutely recommended! And quite inexpensive as well. Be aware that it might be windy so close...

👍👍 Idyllisk liten badplats. Där man aktivt försöker begränsa motorbåtar och liknande då vattnet används som dricksvatten. Kommunen håller med bryggor och toaletter. Camping ej tillåten.

🫤 Stayed last night, friendly site, great views but 340SEK is just exorbitant. Usual price for camping 1 person 1 night with tent is 200SEK, worth the extra? Needs a kettle in the pentry, indoor place for campers to eat meals, double the number of toilets... not a bad site, just do not overcharge🤔

😠 The facilities are clean and nice enough, however the low rating is because there is nowhere for fitness swimmers to train/complete drills to work on technique in shallow water. You must either use the main pool with a minimum depth of 1.8m or be relegated to the children's pool which is once again...
