🫤 While the hotel and rooms are super cozy, as well as delicious food, the staff was quite aggressive. I felt from the beginning that they were not really eager to help and always gave some snappy comments. Felt uncomfortable being there and not treated like a welcomed guest.

👍👍 We made it last day of the season- September 5th. Was beautiful weather to explore the grounds, including orchard full of apples and an ornamental flower garden. Beautiful piece of land and history, including store, cafe, museum and the mansion. Just divine. Tour was in Swedish, but we got a handout...

🫤 Strange experience. I believe it is in private hands. Saying "believe", because tgeres not much info on what it really is. The sign says "open", but when you enter the woman inside says its open only for "special occasions". So they kinda invite you in just to throw you out. Two small historic rooms...

👍 Bogesund Castle is a former manor in municipality of Vaxholm and it is close to Vaxholms golf club. It is located in the center of the Bogesundslandet nature reserve. The castle was built in the 1640s and rebuilt in 19th century. It is an interesting place to visit.
