👍👍 I think I am a healthy person - I drink 2000ml more water daily, I stretch and do yoga, I sleep 6-7 hrs a day. I end up tolerating the pain for 40 mins. I guess I am too pressured by work. It is a good spot when travelling in Taitung but when done, I feel comfortable and sleepy.

😠 This is the most inward looking community I've attended in my life. Have never felt even more unwelcome as a Catholic E.g. Our Father sung in Tagalog but no text on screen! There's ecoffee opposite if you need a quick morning fix. 9am or 10.30am Sun mass in English
