👍👍 小一號是個很溫馨的運動地點，老師也都很棒，最愛靖怡老師的飛輪，每次都能讓人發揮極限的努力騎下去。周五中午Teddy的壺鈴和拳擊，也都讓我長出以為不可能會出現的肌肉。這樣運動三年囉，未來也會繼續在這裡運動下去。

👍👍 I just came from Friendly World. There are a lot of new equipment here and there are not many people. It is really good to practice. If you are fed up with the friendly environment, bad environment and bad equipment, you can really consider this place.

😠 Can’t be more irritated by the personal trainers who keep trying to selling private classes, wasting your time. Equipments and gears are different from branch to branch. And not enough with stretching space.
