👍👍 小一號是個很溫馨的運動地點，老師也都很棒，最愛靖怡老師的飛輪，每次都能讓人發揮極限的努力騎下去。周五中午Teddy的壺鈴和拳擊，也都讓我長出以為不可能會出現的肌肉。這樣運動三年囉，未來也會繼續在這裡運動下去。

👍👍 Good sports centre. I go there frequently for the bouldering gym. The staff is very friendly and it's very good value for money. The basketball is next to the bouldering gym area so it's loud at times but it's not usually a big deal. The gym atmosphere is very friendly, that's very important.
