😠 There are too many members, everyone can exercise for the same time, overcrowding leads to the very poor quality of the entire gym. Every retraining is used by people, and any retraining you want to do has to wait. There are only three women's toilets, often Wait, I can only exercise when I am off...

😠 U pay tons of money for the personal training class and the trainer is extremely unprofessional and is always late or even not showing up at the time u have scheduled. Not recommend at all u spend awful lot of money and learnt nothing here

👍👍 小一號是個很溫馨的運動地點，老師也都很棒，最愛靖怡老師的飛輪，每次都能讓人發揮極限的努力騎下去。周五中午Teddy的壺鈴和拳擊，也都讓我長出以為不可能會出現的肌肉。這樣運動三年囉，未來也會繼續在這裡運動下去。
