😠 建議各位練時最好一次只用一個器材，不要兩個動作一起做或者超級組，不然會被教練勸導！ 真心不懂為何整間健身房除了學員，真正自己在練的只有兩個人（包括我）還要被這樣勸導！ （但還是要誇講一下，剛去時另一位教練接待，非常的客氣）
