👍👍 Finally a decent shoyu ramen (kitakata style). Simple but tasty! I chose Japanese style broth (not sure what Taiwanese is). Medium noodle firmness. Everything was cooked very well. I also ordered a side of chashu rice which was absolutely delicious! I'll be back!
