😠 While I gave one star only; I would like to clarify that I have been to the clinic on multiple occasions and my cats received good treatment. The vets are pleasant and knowledgeable during visits. However, the customer service outside of that (eg whatsapp messaging) needs to really get it together....

😐 Clean spacious and efficient.... one set back is that I was told when I made my appointment that the cost would $140 and knowing how visits often turn out I expected to pay at least about $200 but when I got there my pup was treated for something other than what we went for... a number of products...
