😠 I had issues with my ticket and they couldn't help me and I had to call headquarters who also didn't help. I missed my flight and had to buy an even more expensive ticket.

😠 They really need to improve on the customer service. I have just been turned away for arriving at their offices at 16:15 and yet Google and their office timing on the door reads 16:30. I had a flight that very day and the staff were looking on. So disappointing for a world class airline!!
