😐 Lived there for 3 weeks when I visited my daughter (May/June). About 50 meters from the beach on the 42nd floor, sunrise/sunset was really spectacular. The major problem here is the tower parking, crowded and not well organized. Elevators are enough with an acceptable time waiting. No free pool...

😠 All they care about is the outside view of the tower... There is no air conditioning in the lobby, nor in the elevators either... As for management, no one listens to complaints.... The worst customer service I have seen in my life..especially the girl called Rana... you can go and check for yoursel...

👍 Building is very clean. Free chiller and maintenance. Easy access to highways & byways. Indoor parking is a little pricey but well worth it. Mr. Issam at the AJ Real Estate office is very helpful too.

😠 It was good 6 years ago but now the management is poor and doesn’t care. The residents are mostly bachelors. Not a good choice for families at all.

👍 It's a nice place to live, but some of residents are very dirty, they put garbage outside the garbage room. Parking slots available, free for residents in the building, and for visitors there is free behind the building and paid infront of the building

👍👍 This building construction is new, hence the AC chilling is awesome, even when you have big glass windows and enough spacious kitchen in studio apartment. Overall, it's a nice studio with great view from balcony, all the flats are similar.
