😠 Very poor quality with new management. My daughter has been with shams gyms for the past 4 years. The new management that toke over this year are taking the name only. Unless they do something about it, I’m not keeping my daughter at shams gym.

😠 Be aware of this company. I strongly advise to not attend in any activities or events connected with Gymnastex. My daughter's experience was terrible. They manged to discourage her to training gymnastics. If you do not want damage your kid's mind stay far away from this organization.

👍 Enough space, has all the equipment you need. Metal plates and dumbells will give you the real gym feel. Look for the trainer Ramesh, most passionate trainer ever.
