👍👍 Found a ladies hairdressing salon in Um Al Quwain, Rumana Ladies Salon, that was able to do permanent curls. Very happy with the way they treated my hair and not burning the scalp. Extremely happy with the outcome at the end. Nice work ladies. Will definately return.
