😐 Sorry to say I think this service has dropped the ball. Very difficult to get doctors appt. and just as difficult for nurse appt. 2 weeks waiting time for blood tests seems along wait. We know covid caused problems but surely our surgeries should be getting back to some level of normalcy.

👍👍 I have been a patient for many years and have always had excellent service from the team. Really efficient staff at reception team and always lovely to chat to. I’ve always been able to get an appointment when needed. Big fan of the self check in desk. Would always recommend this practice.

😠 Dreadful service from some of the receptionists. Give out wrong information and tell you a gp may ring you or may not ring you. Usually doesn't. 🤣 I've had this experience several times now.
