😠 Why can't you have the parcel collection window open longer?? 2pm closed, why? The reason people have to use the window is because they missed the parcel.due to working. We are still working at 2pm!!!

😠 The shop itself is great, always well stocked and plenty of variety even though it's a small store.
Click and collect on the other hand is not so great.
They've moved it to around the back of the store. You pull into a designated bay and are just left waiting until a member of staff can be bothered...
