Lagan Tow Path

👍👍 If you are strong enough, I would suggest to go this path from begging in Belfast till the end in Lisburn. You will definitely be rewarded by quiet atmosphere and beautiful looks. As an alternative you may use a bicycle or run😉

👍👍 Fantastic place to walk or run. Parking currently on the road. The only down side is the irresponsible dog walkers who fail to clean up after their beloved pets.

👍 Great place to walk the dog and kids. The nature park was lovely, so nice to see natural bird baths!! A lovely little park for the kids to play in - although several items were broken or removed. No proper swings. Definitely needs sorting out! The mast was broken on the ship.amd a bit of a hazard.

Lambeg Towpath

👍 Walked Lambeg a few times now. It's a nice walk, bit narrow in places when bikes are coming but not too bad. Some interesting views. As you walk there is access to McIlroy Park or you can stay on towpath. Enjoyable walk.

St Patricks Chair & Well
Country park
👍👍 Tranquil 20 minute circular forest walk that passes St Patrick's chair and well. There's further forest trails, if you want a longer walk. There's a good sized carpark, information board and the walk is well signed. It's steep and rocky in places, but safe with good walking boots. I had the place to...
