😠 This GP is the worst GP in Birmingham don't go to it. The receptionists are a joke. I wasnt able to attend one appointment because my son was ill and I had lost my phone so they took him of the system and told me I have to register him again what a joke. They are so ignorant and unprofessional

😠 I honestly do not know why these people are doctors. They only diagnose what is on their computer screen and what was wrong with you the last time you phoned. You never see a doctor now but the receptionist is fairly competent at diagnosing illness.
