🫤 Is it better not to stay there? It's fine if you just want to sleep, but it's inconvenient if you don't have a car, and when you call the owner, you can't get through, and other guests can't get through either, and it seems like it's going to be difficult to get into the room.

😠 My daughter booked parkcity for 3 nights but tried in vain to cancel 1 night due to flight changes. Parkcity would not answer her texts or emails or calls. Arriving there reception said it was policy not to make changes. The rooms were tiny. Smelled of damp and odours coming from the shower drains....
