😠 No staff on till downstairs, no problem went to the till upstairs to be told I need to pay downstairs. When pointed out that downstairs seemed to be unattended I was left with a blank stare as the information slowly processed

😠 So after being followed around the shop (I guess they don't trust men with long hair). They proceed to not have anyone on the till for 5 minutes (but they clearly know I'm waiting). And finally after they serve me, just as I think it's over. I leave check my pocket and descover I was given half a £5...

😠 Final straw with this place today.No hello or how are you at the counter and then have change thrown into your hand and the person to then blank you when you say thank you and just turn and start to talk to another staff member.I have had the same thing on two previous visits.
