😠 Online sales - patchy service at best. Have let me done a few times now and the comms are non-existent. Weeks for a delivery of gloves that were showing in stock on their website and still no sign of them. Best avoid - alternatively you won’t go wrong with Aquanauts online shop (Plymouth)

😠 Absolutely dreadful - DO NOT USE. Ordered a mask with no prescription, paid £10 for shipping only for the mask to have still not been dispatched 1 month later. Communication is near impossible, I have rang them over 30 times and never got past an answering machine and emails also do not get answered...
