😠 Awful experience from start to finish. We were stuck in temporary lights round the corner from the studio so ended up being 5 minutes late for the appointment, once we arrived they told us we couldn't have the treatments we wanted and they would be taking the time off our booking for being 5 minutes...

👍 The facilities were great! Had a spa treatment and was really nice. Also used the sauna and steam room, was awesome. Except for some issues i.e cleaning the side pavements of the pool while customers were swimming wasn't cool at all 🙄 But would definitely recommend!

👍👍 Been going for years for maintenance of a back problem. Prevention is better than a cure. Kept me playing sport at a good level into my 60th year soo glad i found this place 🖕💕
