😠 I do not live on this development. I do not know what defects are being alleged by the developer as arising from the extension works. From previous experience some 15 years ago the NHBC are not involved in the rectification process of defects occurring during the first 2 years of initial occupation....

😠 23/1/24 Been told apex across our roof is completely broken and needs replacing, god knows how long it’s been broken for because WDH do not maintain buildings just wait till they are completely broken. Still waiting for our roof to be fixed. In the mean time we have multiple rats living in our loft...
