👍👍 We attended a guided tour as part of the annual Open City programme. The guides were really knowledgeable and welcoming. It was lovely to see around the campus which contains The Barn Theatre where I once performed on a regular basis. Great stuff.

👍👍 The Institute of Ismaili Studies (IIS) has one of the best collection of Ismaili books and manuscripts. The IIS is a centre for academic research on topics of Qur'an, shii and Ismaili Studies. The researchers are inspirational. The IIS offers two masters level programmes called STEP & GPISH.

🫤 ALL POTENTIAL DISTANCE LEARNING STUDENTS, Important things to know about this school include the following: 1. Some modules are amazing, and some are not worth the money. 2. 👍👍 I would surely recommend it. One of the most international colleges of Cambridge having members from over 70 nationalities. It is predominantly for mature students who are pursuing masters or PhD. However, undergrads above 21 are also admitted. People are generally cool and down to earth. The ambie...

👍👍 This is a superb college, within the heart of Oxford. Only women were once permitted to study here, but in recent times it's now mixed. Somerville is probably one of the most inclusive colleges and somewhat more relaxed, than others. The attractive grounds are immaculately kept, with interesting pla...

🫤 Relatively modern yet not so well maintained buildings. The college is nothing like a Cambridge College. Formal here is relatively expensive given the quality of food and the lackadaisical modern dining hall. The college is also mundanely small, but that's what makes it a bit more closed knit I supp...

😠 I went to a formal here once and it was singularly the most awful experience of my life. As I arrived I was met with this ghastly dystopian cathedral of herculean proportions (which appeared as if it had stepped out of the discarded set ideas from Star Wars). To complement the aesthetic of brutalist...

👍 The architecture is quite... interesting. The rooms are fairly expensive for students, but have all the necessary amenities. The garden is lovely, especially in spring, to walk around and enjoy the weather.

👍 Stayed for 1 night when on a training day on location. Lovely modern room, spacious shower and comfortable bed. Generally clean but some areas could have been better (corners of bathroom, tiles round the sink and mirror). Nice to have a Nespresso in room. Lovely grounds that I had a jog round in the...
