👍 The gym is open 24 hours 7 days a week, and is manned by helpful and pleasant staff. The rates for membership are flexible and competitively priced, they have a lot of equipment so no waiting to use the machines the 24 hour open policy will suite a lot of people on shift work.

Gym is prepared for every exercise start with cardio till body building. It cost 12.99pm but it will go up to 16.99pm after three months. Still ch...

👍👍 Best MMA/Combat sport gym in Scunthorpe by a long way. Best coaches for kickboxing/muay Thai/ Wrestling and obviously BJJ - both gi and no gi. the results show this plus the level that the coaches compete at are levels ahead of any other gyms in the area! Best gym in the area hands down! 🥇🥊🥋
