😠 Returned 2 dresses by courier, Kirsty has received them but failed to issue my refund nor replied to my emails, facebook messenger, Insta DM or Whatsapp. Customer Service atrocious, don't waste your hard earned cash. Paypal now involved.

😠 Have to agree completely with last review by Graham Goss I have experienced exactly the same impossible to get through to make an apt to see a doctor and when you do receptionist extremely rude. They need to learn some manners and a bit of courtesy!

😠 Absolutely useles in the reception. Never answer the phone and when they finally do after 20mins of being on hold they pawn you off to a different practise or have no appointments left which means I have to start the process again the nxt Morning befor 10am. Useless
