Also so glad we had a tour rather than trying it ourselves- we saw someone fall in trying to punt themselves!

😠 Three very unprofessional two young guys serving today at 1420. Very rude and closed all the windows to take a “break” - to have a cigarette and play on their phones. Had to wait 20 minutes past the booked time for them to finish. Absolutely disgusted.
