😠 I booked a Hollywood wax appointment at this place based on previous reviews. Either all of those reviews are bought or I just happened to visit this place on the worst day of its existence. The waxing room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in 6 months. Old wax was overflowing from the wax melter....

🫤 Had an eyebrow wax, service was lovely and price was good. However wax was so harsh has ripped a layer of skin as well and left me with grazes on my eyelids which are very sore amd sensitive. Photo is 3 days post and only just starting to scab over and start to heal.
