😠 Website doesn't work, phone queue took 90 minutes to move from place 8 in the queue to place 3, it must be a pretty detailed booking process if it takes 20 minutes per person. Probably faster inventing a yellow fever vaccine myself than waiting for these lot to answer the phone

😠 Got a parking fine for taking a child to an appointment incontinence clinic this isn't my doctors, so was unaware of the procedure and no member of staff informed me about the parking situation, what kind of doctors surgery would employ cowboy parking firm. They must get a percentage of the fines.
