🫤 Eye test several weeks ago, not confident it was done correctly. Attended on Sunday ...couldn't find the lens to suit the frames I had chosen to fit with my prescription. Took them 3 days to get back to me to explain this ( and I had to chase them) Service a disgrace .

😠 Attended 10 minutes before my 2.15pm appointment today. Hadn't been seen by 2.50pm. I had other commitments, so I had to abandon the appointment. If they are running late, surely they could call the customers who are due to attend and advise them to come in later or rearrange. Not impressed.
