😠 IAPT have been an absolute waste of time and extra strain on mental health. They offer CBT after discussing medication isn't suitable but then and refer you to a psychiatrist instead. I waited for 6 months to find out they were never going to see me. Thanks.

😠 i was on mermaid ward in 2021, traumatised me to this day i still have nightmares and flashbacks about it. staff neglected me and verbally abused me, i was left to bleed in the corridors for hours, was shoved in anti ligs and left to head bang for hours! awful
