😠 Order placed. Told the driver had crashed 3 hours later and the order wouldn’t be coming. Asked for refund and phone was put down on me. Ignored calls. Just eat said because it shows as delivered there’s nothing they can do . Absolutely shocking do not order.

😠 absolutely useless. Any issues and you’re told to go to the walk-in centre elsewhere. They won’t let you link them as your gp practice, they tell you to go online and the system won’t let you select them. What kind of option is this for students ? So ignorant.
