🫤 Right now it's impossible to do anything as a patient. They tell you to call between 8.30 and 9.00 am to be triaged by a nurse but THE PHONE IS NOT ANSWERED DAY AFTER DAY. And if you phone even just a minute after 9am and do get answered you are told to phone between 8.30 and 9.00 am.
