😠 Trying to speak to the receptionist is a task within its self, can’t even get half way through a sentence without being talked over and spoken to as if I’m stupid with her patronising tone. Wouldn’t even wasting your time calling them. Obviously need better telephone etiquette training.

😠 I would never recommend they pull teeth before they have let the anaesthetic take effect and dont tell u they are even goin to take them. And even worse they then think its acceptable to leave you with no teeth saying it's 3 months wait its not 3 weeks at max. All thanks to dr sherwen
