👍👍 Worth venturing out here if you have a few hours spare. Parking is cheap at £1.50 for the whole day and there's plenty to do for the whole family. You can do a simple walk, feed the ducks, birdwatching using the special huts and there's nothing stopping you from taking a bike ride here.

👍👍 Such a lovely lake surrounded by lots of cute ducklings 🐥 8 year old had lots of fun driving the boat. We all had a lovely time and would definitely go back again 😊

👍👍 A lovely walk around the lake with views of North Wales and Hilbre Island across the Dee Estuary. Also a good place to spot Red-Breasted Mergansers and other bird life!

😠 Awful. Can't go for a paddle on own board without booking in for a lesson. I'm fully insured full kayaking n paddle boarder for 20 years plus yet I have to book in for lessons. Total joke of a place

👍👍 Absolutely beautiful place. Situated in the centre of Wigan flashes nature reserve. It has footpaths and trails all the way round it and through the woods. Very popular with dog walkers.
