👍👍 1st time I've visited with the new owners 30/4/22, Saturday afternoon/evening. Staff and locals friendly and informative, nothing was a problem for them. They've upgraded the decor very well. Wonderful place, ale and cider 1st Class. Highly recommended. 5 stars.

👍👍 This is the kind if pub everyplace needs! Great drinks, good food and a friendly atmosphere. This place does a great selection of reals ales, wines and cider. The food menu is select with traditional pub fair like Scotch eggs and sausage rolls but also serves great meat and cheese platters.

👍👍 What a fantastic pub. With a wonderful atmosphere. Michelle behind the bar was excellent. There is a wide selection of beers and the food is excellent. We came here with the whole family and had a great time. Very welcoming. We will definitely be back.

👍 A really lovely pub, me and my buddy popped in for an after fishing beer on an amazingly lovely monday afternoon and sat in the garden for a chinwag. Would have been nice to try a meal. Nice barmaid too 👍

👍👍 Went there for Sunday roast. Their beetroot wellington is one of the best vegetarian roasts I've had. The chicken roast was soft and tender. The mushroom on garlic bread was delicious too.

👍👍 Now this little pub is a gem. From the owner, to the staff, and the friendly locals. We never fail to have a good time. Great selection of beers and cider. Also a few top shelf options. It’s very difficult to just have a quick drink. As once you get talking. You end up staying until closing time.
