👍👍 I visited this gym on Thursday last week whilst working away. The facility was great, very clean and spacious. The bjj technique was sound and the people friendly, which as an out of towner, is important. If you are looking at starting a martial art, this is the place for you!

👍👍 Great gym. Great class variety. Can't fault this place really. Been to many gyms around Northampton and none of them quite have this atmosphere. There's a strong sense of community there. Everyone is friendly. Plus, saunas and steam room available which is always a bonus.
