Warm hotel offering a brasserie & a lounge/bar, plus parking & free English breakfast.

😠 When we passed The Dyffryn Country Inn to the beach car park. They charged us 4 pounds for the parking. There is no machine, just an old man asking people to pay him. I feel like it's a scam. Does anyone experience the same? Where shall I report this. Thanks
