👍👍 Not a member, just passing through. Can’t comment on the equipment as I only use free weights. The staff couldn’t be nicer. Didn’t tell them gyms make me nervous but they still made me feel welcome and valued non the less. Highly recommend this place if you’re not a big fan of gym “bro’s”. 5 stars.

👍👍 I couldn’t recommend Arun highly enough. He is honest, experienced beyond his years, patient and full of different and dare I say it enjoyable ways to support every type of need. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone of my friends or family.
