👍 I resized my vintage engagement ring here. They were very professional throughout the process and called me on the day the ring arrived to pick it up. My only complaint was that it took about two months for the ring to be ready to pick up.

😠 Poor customer service, they refused to do refunds even though I asked them if they did before I bought the ring and they said yes. They only offered and exchange or a voucher thing with the price of my ring on it that I could only spend in that shop.
They have the same ring on display about 6 times...
