😠 Attention: For the last 5 days, the pool area has not been cleaned as of black residue left around the pool tiles. The same with the showers, there is clumps of hair everywhere. The place could be doing with a good scrub from top to bottom, instead of staff just standing about talking. Very poor.

👍👍 The place is very beautiful and there are all kinds of entertainment for the little ones, the gym is very nice, and everything is always clean and tidy, I recommend it to everyone. But there is one thing I don't like about The Arc, the music is always loud and a little annoying ☺️

😐 Apart from having to listen to the white racists nearly every time I visit the Spa, it's ok. Then there's the bar meals, £16 for a cheese burger and chips that was very over priced.
