Military Intelligence Museum
Museum
👍👍 Harriet was enthusiastically brilliant at explaining certain events in the Intelligence Corps history. The tour she gave took about 2 hours, as we were asking all sorts of questions and getting lots of information. Afterwards, we wandered around the museum on our own. We were there for another 3+...

Fancott Miniature Railway
Tourist attraction
👍👍 Amazing local volunteers own and operates the UK last Pub based Miniature Railway train 🚂. Only £2 per person and they do now take card. They typically only run the train in good weather. But well worth a visit, if looking for a nice pub garden with something a bit different for kids

Cooper's Hill, Bedfordshire
Nature preserve
😐 Only use this beauty spot if you like dogs constantly approaching you. Dogs run freely off the lead here - even with local, seasonal restrictions to protect the habitat in place. Otherwise it's quite picturesque.

Campton Plantation
Country park
👍👍 We went here for my 40th lockdown birthday. The woods are very quiet considering that it's next to a military base. There are several table with seats available, but only enough for 1 family and 1 set of children. Pretty little wood and woodpeckers can be seen here.
