😐 Had a meal recently with the family. The food was reasonable but over priced. For example a child’s pasta was £9 (way overpriced for a children’s pasta) and mains into the mid £18-£25 region. The pub has now been taken over by the Robinsons brewery and is no longer a freehouse pub. Would I go back....

😠 £9.50 for a share meal that barely feeds 1. 4 chunks of chicken 2 mini Bhaji with chopped tomatoes is all you get?????Local Chippy does a full dinner in same size tray for less than half that price. Even adding 2 Naan breads at £2.50 EACH and rice. Not worth £17.40

👍👍 Our first visit to the Rani. The food was absolutely gorgeous and I have had some curries from all over Manchester. This was definitely the best I’ve ever had. Our family tried various dishes the owner recommended and each one was delicious. Well worth a visit. The prices are very reasonable. 👍🏻
